As the Fannie Mae enterprise aims to reinvigorate its brand presence, there has been an initiative to view the entire digital ecosystem from an end-to-end perspective. As a part of this greater initiative, we were tasked to create an innovative approach to how an external user would travel throughout the Fannie Mae experience. With a major emphasis on locating and accessing all of their applications and tools.
I led in all aspects in the lifecycle of this project—from the Product Design, User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI), and project management.
